The Saxon Mars and his Force

‘’For a relatively short book about a relatively small army, Querengässer manages to squeeze in a remarkable amount of information. And he does so in an engaging manner, particularly when narrating the various campaigns. A series of excellent colour plates and a plethora of useful monochrome illustrations accompanies his text.
